Floral nose with violet notes and ripe dark fruit, some sweet plum confit like notes. Ripe floral fruit flavours with a firm tannic core, fresh acidity, well integrated oak and a long finish. It does have good cornerstones and should evolve nicely after finished elevage and some bottle ageing to tame the tannins.
