Medium deep ruby red colour. Pure nose offering some herbal notes, bay leaf and sage with red currant and plum and discreet if any oak. Youthful palate with grippy tannin and fresh acidity, a slight butterscotch presence indicating oak, fresh red fruit flavours and rather long finish.
