Bright dark inky with a purple hue and core. Pure and fragrant nose offering violet, blackberry, cherry and cassis with fine toast and oak-derived spiciness. The palate is pure, dense and fresh with plenty of layers, intense dark yet fresh fruit and a backbone of grainy tannin, a high level of concentration with unctuous fruit, well integrated oak, and approaching complexity, great level of persistency and power, already pleasing but with tremendous potential.
