Inky dark purple core and hue. Intense and modern nose offering toasted oak and butterscotch with inky dark fruit, ripe cherry, blackberry and cassis. Dense, meaty and concentrated palate with plenty of vigour, notes of freshly crushed berries, a good dose of freshness underneath, it still shows a youthful texture with ripe but present tannin and some extraction but has the weight and persistency to develop gracefully for a long time.
