Fairly dark colour with a purple tinge. The nose displays some new wood and vanilla with dark berries and cassis. The palate is fairly dense with a rather high extraction and tannic presence, discreet dark fruit notes, fresh acidity and a long but tight finish. A classic style for long ageing, leave another 2 years in the cellar.
