Medium deep ruby colour with a mature tawny rim. Mature and complex nose with notes of fine wood, tobacco, smoke, sweet red fruit, dried cherry, truffle and spice box. The palate is dense but has matured, thus fine extract and vigorous freshness with layers of sweet fruit, tobacco and spice box notes. Intense, long and layered finish with fine harmony and complexity. Rather Burgundian style.
