Dense garnet colour. Some maturity on the nose meaty and peppery with ripe dark fruit, leather, tobacco and mild oak. The palate is dense and vigorous with high tannin starting to soften, smoked meat and leather with ripe dark fruit and a long muscular finish. Should ideally be aged for another 1-2 years.
