Bright straw colour with a golden hue and young vivid bubbles. Youthful nose offering some lees derived creaminess, vanilla and butterscotch with yellow plum, gingerbread spice and some chalky notes. Rather ample palate, bone dry with a fresh backbone of acidity, a youthful creaminess with crushed peach and raspberry flavours with a fine length.
