France,
Provence,
A rosé wine with a medium deep colour, clearly noticeable pink with hints of partridge eye, copper. Fresh nose, good purity of fruit, ripe lemon; I think of pink citrus like pink grapefruit, blood orange. Good grip and freshness on the palate; it’s a quite medium-bodied style within the rosé segment, more on the drier, subtle, fresher style. Vibrant acidity, salivating here with youthful notes of stone fruit with some lemony notes, hints of red berries. It starts out quite light, but I think it has a certain length, with some dimension and nuance; so a bit more than a simple aperitif.
