Dark core and a ruby rim. Pure and intense nose with lovely black truffle, smoke, meaty notes, darker fruit, garrigue and crème de cassis. The palate shows great density and ripeness, yet with a fresh backbone of acidity, polished extract, comple and nianced flavours with some oak emerging on the palate, long and vogorous finish.
