Bright light golden colour with fine small bubbles. Ripe nose, rather on the Pinot side with pastry, fig, plum and honey. Rather full palate, ripe fruit gives the sensation of sweetness but the palate feels Extra Brut with good bite and freshness on the finish. Still a bit youthful and restrained needing time to open.
