Du Rédempteur – Cuvée du Centenaire – 2004

Medium deep golden colour. Some evolution and complexity on the nose, pastry, crushed nuts, tropical fruit notes and pain d´épices. The palate is rather full and unctuous, floral notes and tropical fruit with an integrated acidity and creamy mousse, rather long and persistent with ripe fruit and mature nutty notes.
