Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. The nose displays some chalky notes, ripe citrus, chamomile/wild herbs and fresh stone fruit. The palate is bone dry, well-balanced with fine extract, a crisp acidity, mild creaminess, vivid yellow fruit flavours with a long and lingering finish.
