Bright light golden colour with a gentle spritz. The nose is pure and intense with a stony minerality, yellow fruit, banana, citrus confit and some floral hints. Very good grip on the palate, a slight hint of sweetness it seems but backed up by a bright freshness. Salivating and lingering flavour, long and crisp finish with nice tropical fruit.
