Furstlich Castell’sches Domanenamt – Bausch – 2015

Youthful and pale straw colour with some spritz. Fresh and youthful nose with white pepper, lemon zest and green apple. The palate is light but with good purity and freshness, crushed apple and lime notes with a medium to long finish.
