France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
The colour has classically pale rosé de Provence look, slight copper hue. Youthful and fresh nose. Displaying hints of citrus and grape zest with a slight hint of red berry and plum. With green apple and pear. It is a good bite on the palate. Distinctly dry, with a generous fruitiness. Bright acidity here. There is no indication of oak. Some nuttiness, like fresh almond. Some spicy notes, like wild herbs. A touch of garni. Quite long mouth-watering finish. Good juiciness. Good purity, and an attractive wine to drink quite early on.
