France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Bright straw colour. Pure nose, no oak, floral and herbal notes with youthful fruit, apple, pear and citrus notes. Good grip on the palate with a healthy dose of acidity, a hint of oak showing up as well, yet balanced and integrated with fine extract, vibrant fruit, some garrigue spiciness and a long bright finish.
