Bright light golden colour. Fine nose, layered with yellow fruit like apricot and peach with candied citrus and a floral bouquet, discreet wood in the background. The palate is dense and ample, still youthful but generous with unctuous fruit, still present oaky notes but well-balanced with an underlying freshness and a long warm finish. Still needs some time to soften but ambitious and well-made.
