Light to medium deep golden colour and a fine stream of bubbles. Mature and complex nose with toffee, nougat, crushed nuts, honey and ripe stone fruit with some age-toastiness. The palate has good depth and a creamy texture. Nice notes of dried tropical fruit, nuts, nougat and a bright acidity underneath, good combination of maturity and freshness with a long, spicy and complex finish. Really good.
