Bright straw colour with a green hue. Chalky with fresh grass, herbal notes, lemongrass, lime, ginger, green apple, and verbena. The palate is distinct and fresh with good layers, a chalky freshness with white fleshed fruit spiced with herbal and citrus notes leading to a long pure finish.
