Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and precise nose offering lime, grape zest, pear, white peach, chamomile and floral notes. The palate shows good structure and volume, fine extract giving lift, a vigorous acidity with layers of barely ripe stone fruit, citrus and flinty notes leading to a long and lingering finish.
