Amber colour with a light rim. Intense and peppery nose with notes of wormwood, aniseed, clove, orange zest and wild herbs. The palate is spicy with a fine bitterness, not overly sweet with a dry spiciness adding freshness, pure fruit flavours with some grape and dried fruit notes with a long and distinct finish, nice to drink on its own even though it should be really good for blending.
