Intense purple core starting to lose some colour at the rim. Intense nose, ripe dark fruit, cassis, wild herbs, plum and cherry with floral notes. The palate is dense with some maturity and nuance, high but integrated extract, discreet oak, vanilla and mild spices with juicy dark fruit and a rather long finish.
