Bright transparent colour with a green hue and slight fizz. Aromatic and floral with notes of elderflower, gooseberry, kiwi and lime zest with some grassy notes. The palate is light to medium bodied with herbal and grassy flavours, fresh pear and citrus notes with a long finish, cool aromatic and restrained.
