Bright medium to deep golden colour. Intense nose, complex and pure with layers of ripe yellow fruit, honey, quince, chestnuts, white truffle, red pepper and mild spices. The palate is heavenly with a high sweetness balanced by a bright freshness, good extract and grip with excellent purity, layers of ripe stone fruit and a very long invigorating finish.
