Bright young straw colour. Pure nose with some stony notes, fresh peach, ripe citrus, lemongrass and floral hints. The palate is light to medium bodied, bright and crisp acidity with a balanced sweetness offering candied ginger, lemongrass and pale stone fruit, very pure and precise with lovely freshness and a long persistent finish.
