Rocche Costamagna – Rocche dell’Annunziata – 2012

Medium deep ruby with an orange rim. Dry spices like aniseed and liquorice with red berries and discreet wood on the nose. Medium bodied with a youthful texture, a firm tannic backbone, spicy red fruit and rather long finish, still needing time to open.
