France,
Champagne,
Medium-high colour intensity here. Quite intense and lively bubbles, with a straw yellow nuance. Pure nose. Classic style with no oxidation, no oak. Hints of citrus, apple, pear, some almond. Rather youthful. The palate has light to medium weight. Fresh acidity in terms of the mousse, it is still youthful, but adding a nice freshness to it. Fruit is still very much on the younger side. Some notes of smashed apple, pear. Not a lot of phenolic compounds, but a little bit on the finish. And a medium long, fresh and creamy finish.
