White wine with a youthful appearance, pretty pale straw colour with a green tinge. The nose is above all very young, with floral and herbal notes, some wild herbs, citrus, and white-fleshed fruit like green apple. Light on the palate but still it has a good level of freshness, it’s pretty mouthwatering in terms of acidity, classically dry with that slightly citrus-infused green apple and pear. No oak in this one. On the finish I get some nutty notes like fresh almond with those herbal notes. I would say medium-long in terms of length, but still keeps for a while. Well-balanced in a more fresh and delicate style.
