Siddura – Spera – 2013

Quite light pale straw colour, with a slight hint of green. The nose is very youthful, still a bit closed, needing some air to open up. In terms of aromas it’s on the green apple, citrusy side with some floral elements. Palate is on the light-bodied side with a well-kept freshness. It’s classically bone-dry, and I would talk about a medium-high acidity but still dry; so it gives a dry sensation on the finish with youthful pleasant fruit, some zesty notes on the finish, and a medium-long aftertaste.
