Israel,
Galilée,
Really dark, almost opaque centre here, black-purple, still youthful colouring on the rim. Pure nose with an intense fruitiness here, really on the dark fruity side, with predominantly cassis, dark cherry, feels very Cabernet driven here. Quite concentrated fruit here, it feels like a ripe and warm style with layers of dark fruit. However, the palate feels quite rounded, I don't really have as much tannin as I would expect here. So already gives quite good drinkability, in this fruit forward, medium weight style. Nice and rounded on the finish as well, still hasn't developed any complexity or nuance, but very nice straight ahead, fruit forward style for drinking.
