Israel,
Galilée,
Quite pale colour, bright, with a very light straw nuance, hint of green indicating youth. Very youthful nose. It is really forward and friendly, I would say with notes of some floral hints, very clear notion of fresh grapes, a really grapey style. I would say fresh, almost Muscat like, aromatically with notes like green apple and pear. Very crisp palate, light bodied with a good sense of freshness. Youthful and primary fruit. I think this is very nicely made, in a modern style, it is simple and quaffable style with a light finish, but really pleasurable for that youthful and vibrant fruit.
