Light golden with a slight copper tinge and rich mousse. Fruity and forward nose with "red" aromas of plum, crushed red berries and ripe pear. The palate is rather full and generous with flavours of sweet pear and plum, gently spicy with a generous mousse and balanced acidity, a ripe and quite long finish with generous fruit. A personal rather grower style with plenty of character.
