Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. Fine nose, blending some riper darker fruit like plum, red berries, yellow pear and gingerbread spices. The palate has a good grip, medium weight and flavour intense, a mild creaminess and spicy fruit with red berries, plum and some nutty notes, well-balanced in a bone dry style with a fresh backbone and a long finish.
