Light golden colour with fine young bubbles. Pure nose with elegant fruit like pear, peach, ripe lemon and some creamy butter, yeast notes. A rather full palate, well-balanced proportions with a fresh backbone, creamy mid palate, crisp stone fruit and an approaching complexity leading to a long finish.
