Medium deep golden colour with fine young bubbles. Rather elegant nose with discreet fruit, citrus, peach and some chalky notes, more on the Chardonnay side. Medium bodied palate, bone dry with a fresh acidity underneath, a slight citrusy bitterness/fine extract, youthful fruit with a creamy and rather long finish.
