Medium deep ruby red colour with a slightly mature rim. Intense nose with nice purity, spicy with peppery notes, bouquet garni, ripe red fruit and a fine oak/toast underneath. Nicely layered palate with spicy red fruit, ripe tannin, a fresh acidity, modest oak and a long vigorous finish. Fine drinkability and freshness.
