Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Youthful colour here, with a green hue, quite low colour intensity. The nose is also appearing very young Quite restrained in terms of fruit, with barley ripe green apple. More of an emphasis of citrus, lime, with spicy notes of lemongrass and a hint of minerality. The palate has a good bite, still very youthful. Again with good extract, lemon, lime zest. Very moderate in terms of ripeness. There is still very much like, I would say 2014, just barley ripe green apple. Slightly lighter body. It does have good purity of fruit, it does have quite elevated acidity and freshness. It might appear a little lean to people not use to this style, but if you are you will kind of like it because, it does have length, it does have purity. It will develop quite nicely.
