Dark inky core with a lighter rim. Intense nose, multi layered with roasted coffee, some new oak, mild spices, vanilla, ripe dark berries. The palate has a high level of concentration, good extract, polished tannin, cocoa powder, meaty notes, fine spices and plenty of dark berries, well integrated oak, sifficient ffreshness and long, lingering finish. Very promising.
