Dark ruby red colour with a purple hue. Intense nose, new oak, ripe dark fruit, violet, blackberry and cassis notes. Dense and full-bodied with rather high extraction, still a bit youthful and restrained but nice layers of dark fruit, a fine spiciness and a long peppery finish. Ambitious, still needing some time to soften.
