Wirth Michel – Blanc de Blancs – 2009

Bright light golden colour with a youthful mousseux. The nose is floral and perfumed with candied yellow fruit, vanilla and pastry notes. The palate is rather soft and creamy, with sweet fruit a creamy mousse, and a medium to long finish. Youthful but rather open and generous.
