Pale straw colour and rather fine bubbles. Layered nose, fresh plum, raspberry, ginger, mild spices and ripe citrus. Nice bite on the palate, crisp and fresh yet with ripe fruit and a creamy texture, fine autolytic notes, butter, brioche and a long grippy finish.
