Pale straw colour with a green hue. Intense and vinous nose displaying crushed hazelnut, lemongrass, citrus and pale stone fruit. The palate is bone dry, rather Extra Brut with zesty young fruit, nutty notes, light to medium weight with a fine creaminess and good length.
