Bright light golden colour with vivid fine bubbles. Some aromatic evolution and complexity with hints of toast, nougat, brioche, and darker fruit notes like plum, raspberry, pain d’épice, and ripe citrus. The palate shows good bite and freshness, bone-dry with low dosage yet well-balanced with plenty of generous fruit to fill the palate. It sits within the medium-bodied segment but with good power and persistency. Well-built in a characterful “grower” style.
