Rather deep rosé colour and a vivid stream of young bubbles. Pure and generous nose offering crushed raspberry, plum, red currant and citrus with some gingerbread spice. The palate is rounded and ample with a classic dosage level, ample red fruit flavours, a creamy mid-palate, well-kept acidity, yet rounded and drink-friendly with a fine length.
