Inky dark core with some maturity on the rim. Finely layered nose, ripe dark fruit, cassis, cherry with fine tobacco, dry spices, balanced oak and floral violet notes. Dense palate with modest extraction, bright dark fruit, layered and savoury with violet, sage, cassis and modest oak notes followed by a long layered finish.
