Inky dark core and hue. Layered nose combining some oak, dry spices and smoked meat with dark cherry, plum and chocolate. Very dense palate with plenty of stuffing - meaty dark fruit, grainy tannin, a fresh backbone of acidity, integrated oak and a lush spiciness, long and vigorous finish, already complete but deemed for long ageing.
