Bright pale straw colour. Pure nose displaying fresh herbal and floral notes with apple, pear, citrus and lemongrass. The palate is rather dense and unctuous, bone dry with a rather mellow acidity but still a good sense of freshness and fine extract, weighty and textured with youthful fruit and a long herb infused finish.
