France,
Champagne,
This one has a quite light, golden nuance. Nothing green there so a certain maturity, vivid, but quite fine bubbles. Good purity on the nose, it starts out quite discreetly here, with hints of fresh butter, almond, some floral notes, hints of ripe pear and lemon zest. Good freshness on the palate. I would talk about an acidity that is rounded and well integrated, but I still get this quiet mouth-watering, salivating sensation. Classic medium weight, but it has a good density of fruit here. It has a good persistence as well. Long finish with a really precise and refreshing finish there. A Champagne which I think is a good quality, perfectly drinkable today. However I really think this is built for the ages, it has really nice potential if you put it back in the cellar, it will keep developing complexity and roundness. Nice harmonious and fresh, well balanced.
