France,
Bordeaux,
Red wine with a deep ruby red core, some evolution towards the rim. The nose is pure, without any noticeable oak. More classic here with plum, red fruit, some herbal notes, green pepper, leather. Palate is on the lighter side, with a medium weight, quite elevated acidity. Tannins though are pretty well integrated already. It feels like a slightly more restrained style in terms of structure with high acidity, very ripe red fruit, with some herbal notes and a medium towards long finish. A wine I still think could gain some more roundness from a thorough aeration or another few years in the cellar.
